Throughout the evening, guests will experience a remarkable selection of DRC wines alongside a menu thoughtfully composed by Chef Steven Devereaux Greene. Each course will be created to complement the character of the wines, allowing the relationship between the cellar and the Herons kitchen to unfold throughout the dinner.
The evening will begin with a Champagne welcome in the Private Dining Room before guests settle in for an intimate exploration of these exceptional bottles.
