Our wine program reflects a deep commitment to discovery and thoughtful pairing. Led by Wine Director Hannah Barton, the wine program at Herons includes more than 1,500 selections, centered on benchmark estates and small, family producers from classic regions, with particular depth in Champagne, Burgundy, Italy, and California. The list is built to support the full menu, from à la carte offerings to the Chef’s tasting experience. Herons has earned the Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator since 2012.
